I am trying to decide between these 2 for my 09 S40. This is for all season driving and for someone who does not drive much so wear is not a concern. Basically a friend recommended Conti, I went to a tire shop and they told me Nokain is better for winter, but also in general. Apparently Nokain is not carried by online shops like TireRack or Town fair so there is not that many reviews around. I checked whatever I could find and it's pretty clear to me that for winter Nokain is better (it's all weather, supposed to be better than all season). I am trying to find out if continental DWS06 is better if taking winter out of the equation. Some people say that NOkain is a winter tire. The reviews I could find seem to be from people who only know Conti. Basically I don't drive much in winter ( I am in Boston) so if Conti is better for the other seasons I might go for it. Most people seem to say it's ok to handle winter with a few exceptions.
