JPN, I feel Bernoulli's Principle has very little play in the flight of a mosquito. Being flat winged, with no airfoil thickness and virtually no pressure coefficient at the leading edge, this results in equal laminar flow. Blah blah blah. Doesn't their lift derive more from wing warping and twist, creating forward movement and downward thrust? It was just a thought.

We went from Volvos in the winter to the leading edge of mosquitos' wings in only 3 pages. I'm wondering if this shouldn't be moved the word-association game thread...

they fly by the same basic aerodynamic theory as do airplanes, thanks to Bernoulli.
You have it all wrong; money makes airplanes fly.

Yes Volvos DO fly better in winter.

....drives better, I mean[8D]. This seems true on any makes.

And yes mosquitos fly because they want to[8D].

And yes money makes airplanes fly; those engines are sucking $$$ into the intake, you just cannot see it[8D].

And yes this thread (my posts, to be accurate) should be moved to "HELP! My Volvo died in the air!!! And I'm still in the air so I need help RIGHT NOW!!!" thread[8D].

......[8D]

Omg Bernoulli's Principle, I just had a test on that lol.

does anyone have a solution to that problem for when the doors freeze( i heard of that stuff some liquid stuff u can pour on it, does that work, or is there anything else i can do?),

Lol i had a 5 minutes battle with my door, i pulled and i pulled and i pulled! , and I won it by finally opening it!

Use a silicone spray, one that wont react and break down the weather stripping. Just spray some on a rag and wipe it onto the door weather stripping. It also helps the stripping last longer.
