Dstc light came on and will not go off

What is the significance of the DSTC light and how do you tuen it off??

If there it's a light or message on that means there is a problem. The way to turn it off is to fix it.

I have the same problem. The light is generally on. The Volvo shop checked the code & it indicated a part needs to be replaced. Roughly about $280.00. My rig is a 2001 V70.
