Floor Courtesy Lights won't turn off

Floor Courtesy Lights won't turn off
I have a 2005 Volvo S40 and the floor courtesy lights won't turn off. If I take the fuse out then they turn off but so do all the other lights, any suggestions on how to get them to turn off?
