Front bumper repair estimates

Hey guys,
So I was driving my girlfriend home on Christmas Eve and hit the front bumper of my 2015 S60 on her stupid driveway, now my leased car is in need of repair. So far I've been to two different mechanics: first one was completely full of **** and he started trying to convince me that I should do an insurance claim so he can change the entire bumper and the second one estimated it to be 400$ for labor and whatever the cost of the parts will come to.
Can someone please tell me what is a fair price for this repair? I don't want to get ripped off. Picture attached below (also the light doesn't seem to be turning on, only on that side.)

I agree with the first guy. Looks like you will need the bumper and other parts. But maybe I'm full of **** because the answer isn't what you want to hear.
