I have put some scratches on my 2002 S40 front bumper. I live in New England and when driving in the winter occasionally the car's front bumper scraps against some ice or refrozen snow. I would like to repair this without replacing the whole bumper.

Can such scatches (small and located in a small area) be repaired without a complete bumper replacement?
