Default ''Future Proof'' maitenance

For a new purchase of a 1992 740 wagon non turbo at nearly 250k miles, what would be wise to get done as far as preventive maintenance or ''future proof maintenance?''

The car runs excellent and has been maintained very well mechanically. I'm going to go ahead and change the engine oil and tranny fluid early. Also considering replacing all spark plugs, and possibly the belts depending how much estimated life is remaining.
Anything else that comes to mind that I should check and/or do?

Also, PICTURES COMING SOON!

Clean the throttle body and check the intake tube for cranks. My 740 had over 400,000 on it when I let it go to a single mom. Those red blocks are million mile motors.
