So, I've got this collection of Volvo OEM crossbars and I can't figure out what they go to. I figured where better to ask for help than the best Volvo forum on the web?!

If you have some knowledge on these racks, maybe you could help me out? Once I get all the data compiled with photos I'll put together a helpful guide for everyone!

Here goes the first one....

This uses a single threaded mount (unlike the hook on the S60 bars) from the vehicle. I'm thinking it's for a V70 wagon w/out rails, though I've not been able to find any confirming info and am having some doubts.



The bars are approximately the same length; top bar measurement is mounting point to mounting point, bottom is for the outer covers.

 

I also think those are for the V70s, I have seen those before but I don't have them for my car. They should mount on the two side rails on the wagons, not sure what years though.

 

They look just like the ones that go on the 850s - there are two models, the ones that snap on the tops of the door frames (they have a small pin which fits into a hole at the tops of the door, and there are the racks which bolt onto the roof bars. I have the ones that snap onto the door frames.
