HELP! HELP! Water by my feet!
I just bought a 04 s60. On 2 occasions there has been like 2 gallons of water in the drivers side footwell. First of all here is what I have already done:
Cleaned sunroof drains and make sure the work!
Checked the footwell after a crazy downpour NOTHING!
Replaced cabin filter
Checked the a/c drain tube under the carpet/dash. It is clean and NOT WET OR DRIPPINNG ANYTHING WITH THE A/C RUNNING!!!!!!.
Thats right folks there is no water dripping under the car with the a/c running on a 90 degree day!!!
So the drain tube is clean and dry. I stuck a pen up the plastic housing that the tube connects to and nothing all dry and clean.
I cannot figure out where the water is coming from because it happens so rarely and spontanious. I am guessing its building up where its being created and not leaving that area until there are like 2 gallons of water in there. And then BAM all in my footwell. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Update
Ok I tried one more thing. Removed 2 plastic panels by your feet. removed the rubber ac drip tibe and blew compressed air into both the tube and the ac unit and nothing happened. The water still does not come out
I checked it while the ac was on with the tube removed and just cold air blows out into that tube. I feel the next step is removing the fu***ng dash and tearing everything apart. I am posting pics(cellphone pics so they suck sry). I know someone out there knows what to do here.

The fact that no water ever drips out of that evaporator box has got me worried. i have never seen any water come out of this car when the a/c is on.
I am also worried that my options are 1. somehow fish up the evaporator box with something hoping to unclog somthing. 2. remove the dash and inspect the system.
I DONT WANT TO REMOVE THE DASH!!!! for obvious reasons lol

Update
Ok I found another volvo tech. He told me the tube I was looking at on the drivers side was the wrong one that one was for the heater core. My evaporator drain tube is on the passenger side. I told him I am not getting water on the passenger side just the fornt drivers side. He told me that it dosent matter the water can come from anywhere, like taking a hard left turn would do that or parking on a hill.
So I located the evap drain tube on the passenger side. I removed it blew compressed air into the end of the tube and No water came rushing out and I still have the same problem.
