Hello all, I have just purchased a 96 850 2.3 turbo for 500 bucks and I'm super excited! However I have a new problem. I replaced the old battery and now my left turn signal is stuck on, and the car won't even turn over. All help is greatly appreciated.

 

I'd be suspicious of the battery connections. Recheck the cables/posts to the battery and measure the battery voltage - should be 12.6V or so. Have you tried a jump start?
