ok i have a 94' 850. but on the back it says 850 turbo. i was just wondering if it meant that this is a t-5 or just an up graded glt. plz some one can help me it would be awesome. i have pics if they help

 

In 94 and 95 there was only T5 cars.
The GLT's did not come out till 1996.

 

wasnt there just the "Turbo" model and then the t5? or was the "turbo" not labeled as t5 intill later?

 

Correct the TURBO was a T5 but just badged as a TURBO.
But it had the 15T turbo and boosted the same as the later T5's.
My wifes 96 is badged as just a Turbo. But has the 15G on it.

awesome guys thanks. i was just curious because i was thinking about removing the "Turbo" badge and getting a "T-5" badge. kinda new to the volvo world with this car and ive wanted this body style for a long time. atleast i know i came to the right place for any questions
