Identify Part V70

I found this part under the seat of my Volvo V70 T Wagon 2001. Not sure where it came from or where it belongs ? Any help ?

It goes under the seat, its for the vent for the rear. You'll see where it clips in.

There is a heater duct under there. It is under the carpet and then it opens up under the seat.
