Hi all, I have a problem with my (240 swap 740 B230et motronic).

The car has been running with the current configuration for years, without failures.

These days, I stopped and when restarting, the car did not want to, it smelled of gasoline. I waited a few days and the car started, cleaned filter, injectors and new spark plugs. The car is running more smoothly, but still the same, if I stop and start it again, it is as if it drowns. Then, pushing it, it starts and it smells of gasoline and it seems to be drowned. I have thought that some injector is perforated and is leaking fuel...

did you pull the plugs to see which is fouled?

 

He said he replaced the plugs. Would it not be easier, and quicker, to put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if it is actually pouring fuel out? He also said he cleaned the injectors but I guess you could clean a failed injector and not no it.
Last year, I had a (non-Volvo) car with a terrible injector, but the plug to that cylinder looked good.

 

i have a fuel pressure regulator, and the car worked perffect at 4 bar (i got a big pump onñ¡ly one)...


Im thinking about the fuel pump relay... but i have a BIG BIG questio, anf i was for a two days , and talked with ipd andnothing about this question:


Which relay fits on B230ET motronic? OEM number. For me, impossible to find it. I know exist from UK, australia, america... europe, my model is europe zone.


I know before the relay was green, but now is white... i only have this from auto parts (autodoc) . Relé, bomba de combustible
