1997 850 glt wagon, has intermitant smoke, definately not black, more on the blue side. mostly smokes when letting off the gas on the freeway, but some times on aceleration, use a quart about every 150 miles. any guesses? still has plenty of power. it does not smoke all of the time, has a few leaks in the front

 

Check the engine vent system.
