If you need to get a spare from another one you have a locksmith should be able to do it.

But if you lost all your keys the Dealer yes.

But your locksmith will have to have a particular type of cutting machine. Most do not and I ended up having to get one made at the dealership. Since it did not have the microchip it cost $20 USD to have one made.
