Hi guys, yet another question I'm afraid.

While I was away on holiday (last week or two), my flat was broken into and one of the things that were stolen was my rifle and bag. In the rifle bag were my father's car keys (car was in the car park but is untouched thankfully).

Luckily Dad has a spare set with him (doesn't seem to have the Master/Service key setup either) which seem to open all the locks, but what I need to know is are they coded like on my 95 T5 or are they ok to copy?

The car is a 93 "L reg" 2.5 10v GL wagon and then keys are smaller than the keys for my 95 T5.

They should be OK to copy. I have seen similar age Volvo keys being done at a small watch repair/engraving/key cutting place in Durham.

 

Cheers, and sorry for the late reply been busy dealing wiht police etc.

He managed to find somewhere which would copy the key but didn't have the blank so he's on one key until he's back through from the sticks.
