Leaving cars while going on Holidays/Vaction 850/v70xc
Hi, Volvo Fans!
I have a 95 850 Wagon and a 2002 v70xc. Myself and my family are all going overseas for about 2 and a half months, so the cars will be left stationary in the garage. I'm going to pull the batteries, but I remember reading somewhere that certain ECUs can be damaged by having no present voltage for a long period of time. Is 2.5 months considered a long period of time?
I've also heard that leaving them with full tanks of fuel is a good idea.
Any other tips for what I should do to make sure my cars are okay in my absence?
