When I repair the T5R I need to replace one of the turn signal lights anyway so I am going to replace the headlights with some more stylish looking lights. Not sure what yet though.

These are from Eurosport Tuning for $299.



These are from IPD for $365.00. They look almost the same to me.

I like the autolamps plus ones but maybe thats because I have them already!!! LOL

Im not to sure about the 1 piece ones though. Although they have the projectors and Halo's.

I am not going to blacken my grill, so I do not want the black ones. I like the chrome ones better than the black ones on the yellow car unless I do blacken the grill.

I agree that the EST & IPD units look identical; they are probably made by the same mfg.

I myself like the black ones in the pic; the one taken from the front on your 1st post. The 850 looks really sharp. I also see what look like 6 LEDs in each lamps.

You could perhaps find a junked 850 and have a 2nd grill and have both the chrome & black grills and change them according to the feeling of the day?

Actually I am on Sprint Broadband now so I will look at the Vid when I get home tonight.

I like the look of those quite a bit. Originally I was leaning towards the one piece units from IDP or Eurosports, but the more I look at them the more I am starting to lean towards the other ones.

Still haven't settled with insurance yet, and it's below zero around here right now, so I will not be doing much to the car for a while anyway. I did get the fender and two doors from the yellow one on volvospeed. They look fine. If the paint is close enough (which I will not be able to tell until I get them on) I may not even get it painted.

 

Sounds like a good plan.
