when i press the break i get a very loud low pitch rubbing noise and huge vibrations. it also happens when i drive the car just not as loud. it’s very bad and i don’t know what is wrong with it, can someone help?

sounds like you have completely worn out a brake pad and you have metal on metal (ie the rivets in the brake pad are digging into the rotor). A simple inspection can be done by removing the wheels to check the rotors for scoring. A side note, when this happens, quite often its due to a frozen caliper so you may need to replace that part as well the the pads and rotors (always do these in pairs ie both fronts or both rears).
