Question Motor Swap Questions (s70)

Hey all! I have a 1999 s70 non-turbo 4-speed automatic approaching 177k miles. The body and interior are in very good condition, I want to continue with my build but the high mileage is making me consider just selling the car and getting something newer. How difficult and pricey would it be to swap a t5 motor (either from the 1998 or 1999 model, preferably the 98 to avoid the 99's ecu.) along with the M56 transmission into a 1999 n/a, automatic s70?

I know this isn't really the financially smart or logical thing to do, but I love this car and would love to own it for much longer.

Because I'd rather keep this car. I already have suspension and cosmetic work done, and theres not another clean s70, let alone a t5 manual s70 anywhere near me. Especially not a low mileage one.

If you keep up on your maintenance you shouldn't have any problem putting on another 100 miles run it till it die's then replace motor if you wish..
