Need Advice on Warranty Issue with Volvo XC40 B4
Hey everyone,
I purchased a Volvo XC40 B4 a couple of years ago (back in 2022), and fortunately, it's still under warranty (EU). However, recently, the display and all electronics broke down, and despite taking it to the Volvo service center, they haven't been able to fix it for over a month now.
I've gone through all the warranty agreements multiple times and even reached out to the service center, but I'm baffled to find that there's no provision for replacements, refunds, loaner cars, or any kind of compensation mentioned.
My car has been stuck at their service center for more than a month now, and I'm starting to feel frustrated. Does anyone here have experience with similar situations? Could you please advise me on what I can do in such cases according to consumer rights?
