Angry Need to figure out this noise to fix it.

Hello all,

I had just fixed my fronts when I got this sound a few seconds after I started the car. It was a sound of a pump like running sound that I had never heard before. It is coming from above the front driver side
brake area caliper. There about.
One : It could of been dirt that got into the brake sensor on account that I had unplugged it for easier access to the strut process.
Two: also because the car would not start, I figured it could be the fuel pump. But I get fuel out of the cylinder after I had removed the spark plug.
After unplugging and reinserting the fuel relay the car started,
I am left with this sound and don't want to drive the car until I figure out and resolve this problem.
Is there anyone with an educated guess as to what this could be?
Thank you.
