i am in the market for my very first car that i will own myself. i want something safe, sporty and easy to maintain. what do you suggest?

 

Well for your first car I don't suggest a brand new Volvo.

I do suggest what I have suggested before.

1995-1997 Volvo 850's (850 wagon or 850 sedan) (NA, Turbo, T5R, R)

1998-2000 Volvo s70 (Sedan) (NA, Turbo, T5) I don't suggest the 1999 model it has the ETM as does the 2000 model. But in the 2000 model I believe the issue with the ETM was solved. I suggest the 1998 models.

1998+ C70 (Coupe) (LPT, HPT)

1998+ V70 (Wagon) (NA, Turbo, T5, R) I suggest the 1998 models.
