Campaign 105: Volvo is now issuing lifetime warranties with ETM replacements for any year, make and model which had the warranty extended on the ETM to 10 years or 200,000 miles. If out of warranty, you will have to pay for the ETM replacement, but now you will receive a lifetime warranty on it. My cost for the new ETM, labor and software downloading was $868.00. I called volvo and received a 30% off parts mail-in rebate, and found a dealer coupon for 20% off any service. You can also call your dealer and ask if there are any promos or coupons. The lifetime warranty applies to all non-wear parts, not just ETMs.
