Default No heater driving in PURE or Hybrid mode. XC60 T6 Recharge

My 2023 XC60 T6 Recharge plug-in hybrid has no heating when driving in PURE or HYBRID modes. I bought the car in Spain. One can activate the auxiliary heater, but this is a heat pump that burns gasoline and emits unfiltered gases. The smell is terrible. Works the same if you heat the car through the app before a trip, so be careful if your car is parked indoors in a small place. I consider this a scam both economically and environmentally. It seems that Volvo has managed to homologate an electric autonomy of between 70 and 80 km based on 'secretly' delegating a function as essential as heating in winter, to a heat pump that burns fuel. I was never informed of this before buying the car and this smart engineering solution is not explicitly stated in any of the marketing materials distributed by Volvo. Is anyone aware of any legal actions against Volvo because of this?
