My 93 240 wagon is dead in the water; will not turn over. Does not seem to be a battery issue because lights etc. all work. No sound at all when the ignition is turned. An acquaintance who previously repaired Volvos said to check the radio relay behind the ash tray. He described it as round and orange. He says that many times he has fixed the same issue by tapping on this relay. I presume "under the ash tray" means under the dash. Can anyone shed light on this for me. Thanks
