Hi
I'm new here and am hoping someone can assist in giving tips as to why my 1992 RHD Volvo 240 GL Station Wagon won't start.
It used to be an Embassy car here in Harare.
I replaced the pressure control valve some time back and the engine ran as before. The car has been parked in my garage for a few months now and will not start.
The engine cranks OK but does not fire. I removed the PCV from the rail and cranked the engine and fuel spurted out.
I measured the voltage at the injector connection while cranking and it was 0,5v, is this too low?
I've read that it could be the pump relay but however I try I cannot locate this relay under the dashboard.
I would be grateful for any suggestions on how to get this vehicle started.

Fuel pump relay is a white relay with 6 wires located above the rf passengers feet above the passenger under dash panel ,
