I apoligize if my topic does not make any sence. also for any mis-spelled words. (was a late nite) anyway we have so many different models of volvo's out there such as s60t5 , 850t5 , and so on. what series was made to be the quickest? Im trying to find out where my 01 s60 t5 ranks as being a quick volvo? i mean would a souped up Honda beat me? is my car slow or kinda quick? sorry if its a dumb question , but im a newb. i drove a 850 t5 before and that thing flew , however i dont know if it had any mods on it? so could someone be so kind to give me some sorta list as to where my car would be on a quick list of volvo's? and we can omit the polestar i know that thing is a beast. thank you kind sirs

 

How about you search google with make/model car and "specs".
Surely some enthusiast magazine has published 0-60 and 1/4mile times for everything under the sun.
Then report back what you've found.

 

^ damn son that would require work. i was just hoping there would be a volvo enthusiast member who could just say whats what. and what the models are made for. maybe like the s60 was made for a single city driver who would like good mpg , and the the 850 would be geared more for a person who likes big roomy cars or something of that nature? looking up the stats is homework , but if i must i will do , lets give this thread some more time.

besides im watching "Romey and Michele's high school reunion" and i dont want to miss any of it , its just too good!

 

I have a 98 S70 t5 and I have to say its pretty quick but the S60s are by far quicker than the older models.
So I think I would have to list them like this
850 t5
s70 t5
850t5r
S60 (turbos of course)
P2 S80 t6
p3 S80 V8
p2 S60R and V70R both awd
p3 S80 T6
P3 S60 T6 R design.
I havent test driven and of the supercharged turbo cars so i dont know where they fall into that list. If anyone would like to add to that list/ change list feel free to do so.
