radio problem.

hi everyone i just got my 2000 c70 but im having problem with the radio i cant put the code in the radio when i turn on the radio is say off so what am i suppose to do please help if anyone can thanks

The usual solution is to turn the ignition to position 1 and leave it for 2-3 hours. At that point the radio will show the word CODE and you can enter the code.
