I have a Sirius radio tuned thru the FM on my 2000 S80radio. Here in the New York area I am always changing the FM radio freq to get a clear frequency. I would like to add a "FM direct" adapter to the radio antenna so I can feed the FM direct into the radio. (The FM Direct adapters use a standard antenna connector.) Where can I find a radio antenna interconnect (adapter) to match my 2000 S80 antenna connector?

Already installed mine her you go.

You will need to adapters (BEST BUY has them) for the antenna since the FM module will not readily adapt

1. Disconnect battery (VERY IMPORTANT) trust me
2. Removed Transmission shifter cover, be carful not to scratch the panels
3. Unbolt the Climate system and remove
4. Unbolt stereo and remove
5. Unhook antenna
6. Adapt the antenna adapters from Best Buy to the existing antenna and connect the modutor. You will need to remove the small antenna wires and reinstall the for this to work. Be careful there are small plastic clips holding the wiring together.
7. Reinstall in the reverse order.

 

If you go to Sirius online it is like $10 cheaper thanBest Buy or Circuit City. If you belong to AAA you get around 20% off.
