Rear seat belt retractor locked up on XC70
I have seen a number of posts regarding this problem. The suggestions are to unbolt the belt anchor at the floor.
What do you do if the seat bottom is not flipped forward and the seat back is trapped in a folded down position on top of the seat bottom? The belt anchor is not accessible and the seat will not return to an upright position.
Is there a schematic on the web that shows how to disassemble the seat back in order to access the retractor mechanism?
