Reduced Engine Performance Mystery
Hello helpful Souls,
I'm a garage hack with my first ever Volvo.... a 2007 C70. The car now exhibits a mysterious REP condition that randomly goes in and out. The codes (below) point to the Accelerator Pedal but I put in a new one. The condition still randomly appears. I can shut off the car and fully depress and slowly release the accelerator, then start the car, and the REP is gone. My drive 5 minutes or 50 miles before it reappears.
I found these codes along with some data stream readouts.....

I found these codes along with some data stream readouts.....
- ECM - 941D Accelerator pedal (AP) position sensor, analog signal. Signal too low.
- ECM - 9430 Accelerator pedal (AP) position sensor, analog signal. Faulty signal.
- CEM - 3F93 Accelerator pedal (AP) position sensor. Signal too low.
- ABS - 0101 Communication between control modules. Communication problems with the engine control module (ECM)
- DATASTREAM
- Throttle position sensor, potentiometer 1 ..... 0.65 V
- Throttle position sensor, potentiometer 2 ..... 4.35 V
- Air mass, correction factor.... 1.05
- Mass air flow..... 12.10 kg/h
- Adaption throttle unit.... OK
- Accelerator pedal sensor (via CEM) ..... 0%
- Accelerator pedal sensor, PWM .... 7.81%
