refilling coolant in the Volvo S40

Unhappy refilling coolant in the Volvo S40
I'm rather mechanically incline but I'm new to Volvo and i can't seem to find how to access the radiator cap as in most cars. I want to drain/flush and refill coolant but it seems tougher than I anticipated. Any advice?

I think I will be liking my S40 and I will get the hang of things under the hood soon. i just 2 hours ago changed the plugs so I'm getting exposed to the volvo slow but sure.
