My Volvo S60's message board indicates I have a bulb failure - dipped beam. My husband put in a new bulb which didn't do the trick. Does anyone know if this is related to wiring? Is this actually a "dipping" of the light that needs reallignment? Thanks for any answers you might have.

 

Make sure the wire connected to the bulb.
The wires are known to slide out of the plug.
