Default Intermitted Bulb Failure Dipped Beam Message.

So I have read all the threads regarding this message and I am convinced that I have one of the vehicles that is subject to this problem and has a malfunctioning CEM, so I have a couple quick (hopely) questions:

1) How do I remove the driver side panel to take a look at my CEM module?
2) If I have the dealer do this for me, any idea of what I'll have to pay?
3) If I swap out the module myself, what is the estimated cost of one?

Been there done that... I've checked both bulbs, they arefine, I've checked and replaced all fuses, and I don't have nor have I installed any aftermarket fog lamps or headlamps, still my headlights will fail simultaneously once or twice a week. Its's either a wiring problem or the CEM.

Managed to find the screws needed to remove the panel under the dash and through trial and error locate thr "burned" CEM. A little work with some sandpaper and now the headlamps work fine.
