Default "Bulb Failure Dipped Beam" message

This message is coming up on my dash. Is it just a case of me having a light bulb out?

If so, how do I find out which bulb (left or right) it is? Both high beams work and parking lights work, but both low beams don't. Also, how easy is it to change a light bulb. Never done that before.

Sounds like both your low beams are out. First check the fuse in the fuse box and make sure they are not burnt out(if burnt out, replace and check the low beams for functionality, if teh low beams now work your done.) If not, pop the hood, you will see the back of your headlights, unscrew the bigger cap from both the left and right sides, pull out the dead bulbs. Put new H7's in, do not touch the bulb. After that the lights should work and indicator will go away.
