Default Seat belt stuck

I have a 2002 S70 AWD that has a stuck seat belt. It's the passenger seat on the drivers side. There is no slack that can be fed back into slot that's up near the rear window. When I pull on it...it's locked up tight.

I had the same issue on the other side for just a brief moment, but then it started working again. I normally have booster seats back there for my kids. I removed them to haul some grown ups around and thats when the issue started.

Anyone know how to get this working again?

Thanks,

Jeff

You can try unbolting the bottom of the belt from the floor and give a little slack and see if it works from there.

Thumbs up Rear Seat Belt Stuck...

My rear center seat belt was stuck on my 95' 850. I was able to move it to the side to lower the seatback. When I did, I had just enough slack to retract the seat belt enough to get it loose. Did not have to remove the lower bolt.

Hi,
Seat belt is important to driving car or any vehicle to put that seat belt. I had the same issue on the other side for just a brief moment, but then it started working again.
