I have a Volvo V40 2016 r design ,
They come with no space saver wheel, but this gunk stuff which seems popular. I am after a space saver wheel 18" size to fit and wonder if other makes of car space saver wheel will fit Volvo v40 :rolleyes

 

You may be able to use the compact spare from the S60/V70s of the 2010-2015 vintage. They came with a 125/80-17 wheel and they should be the same 5x108 bolt and center bore of your car. That should be pretty close to matching a 225/40-18 in diameter but you'd want to double check a sizing chart or call a tire shop. Check with recycle yards or Erie VoVo to see what they have.
