I am trying to locate a space saver tire for my 2004 XC90. Any recoommendations? Does anyone know the specifications?

 

There is not a large demand for space saver tires. As a result you should be able to find one without difficulty at a junk yard - excuse me - recycling center. First talk you your dealer to find the retail price. Prices vary widely and one place might want $50, another $200. A little knowledge going in can help a lot and you'll pick up the rim with the tire.

 

Thanks for the response. I have been trying to locate a space saver through the savage yards, but unfortunately haven't had any luck. If anyone knows where I could get one, please advise.

 

Have you tried to find out if they are common for all or some Volvo models? If they are then you may have better luck finding one.You could also try the Sweedish auto parts sites for new........ Good luck
