Default AT Speed Sensor

Hey folks!! Just joined and thought this would be a good place to maybe find answers. I have a 2002 Volvo v70 x/c AWD and I am trying to find out WHERE this piece goes??? 😭 Countless YouTube videos were no use its not related to the ABS SENSOR but I can't seem to find any video related to it, I called the dealer parts and services and he said " well it's on top of the transmission" which yeah that didn't narrow it down so I expected an answer like that. I can't seem to find an online repair manual either that I could reference, hopefully someone here can provide a idea I took a couple of pictures of the part so all can see it many thanks in advance.

Look up the part number online, the volvo parts website has pretty good diagrams of where stuff goes.

I ended up finding out where the piece goes, but the piece that I have in the picture that was ordered from Volvo does NOT match whats in the car, the piece that I have does not have any wires that would lead into in, and the one in the car has 2 wires that are coming INTO the part. I looked up the part number online and it says its for a 2003 Volvo V70, which when I looked at my order and receipt I specifically ordered it for a 2002 Volvo V70, not sure on how they could get that mixed up, but now I have to see about getting the RIGHT part ordered for the year since nothing matches whats in my car currently. many thanks for the reply though!
