steering cover

Hi I have a 1996 850R with a bad ignition switch. I have problems taking the steering wheel cover off, I took the 2 torx screws off but towards the front of the cover there are 2 ports with something holding them which I canâ€™t see. What type of screws are they? Tony

They are T-15 screws.
