Stolen Volvo
I own a 2004 S60 that was stolen from my driveway 11/08/08. My insurance Co. refuses to pay for the damage to my car , because there is no visible sign of tampering either on the doors or the ignition. I have both sets of keys in my possesion, and had them at the time of the theft.
The thiefs drove around in my car for a week until they got in an accident and abandoned it at 3:00 AM. Can anyone tell me how ?I am now forced to hire an attorney to sue the insurance co.

RE: Stolen Volvo
Just a few thoughts..... Did you file a report with the police when it was stolen? Who found the vehicle? Were the police notified? Assuming a "friend" or relative didn't "borrow" it, I would check into how copies of keys are made and coded. When is the last time you had it serviced at a dealer? Has the dealer heard of this happening to anyone else?
