Hi I hope some can help me, for the 2nd time since I had the car, the sunroof won't fully close, then it causes wind noises, does any one know what the reset and calibration procedure is

 

The fix I saw online was to was to turn the vehicle off. Put the Ignition in position 1, open the sunroof to the tilt position and then pull the tilt close button and hold until you hear it recalibrate. I was told this would take 5 seconds. But nothing happened. Here's what I did. With the engine running, I opened the sunroof to the tilt position and then pulled the close button-down for over 20 seconds and the sun roof finally recalibrated and closed completely flat.
