Has anyone ever used this tailpipe expander?

I picked one up from Harbor Freight for about $12. You get what you pay for, it snapped before it did any movement. Also, if you plan on wrenching on it on bare pipe thats not installed its very hard to hold onto. Also #2, There gets to a point where I did not have enough muscle to turn it which I moved to plan B, Air compressor and an impact. Thats probably what snapped it but bottom line it didnt work. That one may be better quality but I think you will still have a wonderful time trying to get some results. (that was sarcasm)
