Default Timing Belt Question

I recently bought a 97 960/S90 it has 97,000 miles. I have no way of knowing for sure if the timing belt was changed. I removed the cover and the belt appears to be in good condition(no cracks or frays) the name brand on the belt is in yellow writing FLENNOR made in the UK. I thought if this is not the brand they install at the factory it could be a good sign that it was changed.

Also what should I expect to pay to have this belt changed?
Many Thanks

The belt has been changed already.

I think it is like $300.00 to get it replaced.

Does the timing-belt tensioner look like it was replaced at the same time? They should always be replaced together.

Thanks for the help and I'll check the tensioner.
