V50 2006 radio switch
Hello everyone!
I've tried searching for the topic briefly, but I wasn't able to find anything relevant - please let me know if this has been asked/answered already.
As the title says, I've got a 2006 V50, with the CD player, and no Aux/USB ports whatsoever. I know it's a pain to get any aftermarket radio installed, especially with the limited options and whatnot, BUT - what if I got a newer radio, from 2007+, the one that has Aux/USB, and installed it instead of the original one? Has anyone tried that, and is there a possiblity for it to work? Not sure if the ports are the same and if it's compatible at all.
