Can anyone tell me if there is a way to determine what engine number belongs in which car? I bought a "low mileage" engine and trans for myS90. It came with carfax that showed correct mileage, but only the IN that the engine allegedly came from. I think they are pulling my leg. The engine appears to have much more mileage than quoted (Big shock, a wrecking yard that lied!) Anyway, is it possible to figure out if the engine they sent came from the car covered by the carfax?
