I have a Volvo 2013 S60 Xexon Headlight assembly that must not be sealed properly and therefore the bulb keeps going out. A used xexon headlight assembly is over $600???
Is there anyway this can be resealed or am I going to need a new assembly.

 

check youtube - there are vids (some promoting products like Butyl sealant) that talk to the process of sealing the headlight assembly. I'd say its worth a try. If it fails you can also consider buying a used assembly (car-part.com is a good search engine).
