Volvo 240 engine number question
Hi all,
I'm a newcomer to this forum and I have a question regarding the engine number of my 240GL.
The VIN number of my 240 starts with "YV124524" and from what I have searched, the number "24" denotes the engine type and the engine type in my car is B19E.
The sticker on the engine (see attached picture) shows that the engine is a B200E.
So my question is this. What engine do I have on my car and which is the engine number, 2233 or 1289224?
