I have a brand new 2025 XC90. When we set up the Volvo Cars app at the dealer, the app was offline about a half hour or so and then it finally went online. This was about two weeks ago. Shortly after it went offline and never came back. To this day the app is offline.

Additionally (and this sounds related), it took like 10-15 mins for the info system to go online while I was driving it.
Yesterday infotainment was online, but still the app is offline.

Any thoughts ?

time for a trip back to the dealer...

 

I figured it out... something happened on my phone (iOS update?) and I lost my privacy settings. Once I enabled all of them it started working again.
